Quick answers

How do I cancel my subscription?

All TattooPro subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap TattooPro, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the TattooPro charge, and request a refund. We cannot process refunds directly because we never receive your card details.

How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?

Open the App → tap any premium feature to bring up the paywall → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally bought the subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion is permanent and removes your profile, records, messages, appointments, and uploads. Active App Store subscriptions are not automatically refunded — cancel them separately under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

If for any reason you cannot delete in-app, email support@tattoopro.app from the address on your account.

Push notifications aren't arriving
  1. Open Settings → Notifications → TattooPro on your iPhone and confirm "Allow Notifications" is on.
  2. In the App: Settings → Notifications and verify the channels you care about (Chat, Appointments) are enabled.
  3. If notifications were silenced, tap a chat thread once — that re-registers the device for push delivery.
  4. Still nothing? Email us with the iPhone model and iOS version.
I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?". We email a reset link valid for 1 hour. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam/junk and search for "noreply@taxes-trabajo-rio.firebaseapp.com".

I signed in with Apple and want to see what email is associated

Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email" feature creates a private relay address. Open Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → TattooPro on iOS to view or change the relay.

How do I change my role from Artist to Client (or vice versa)?

For data integrity reasons, role swaps are guarded server-side. Email support@tattoopro.app from the address on your account with a short note explaining the change. We typically process this in 1 business day.

The 3D body model or AI Try-On isn't loading

The model assets are roughly 90 MB and download once on first use. If you're on cellular, switch to Wi-Fi the first time. If the issue persists after restarting the App, email us with the iPhone model and we'll investigate.

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore + Cloud Storage) in U.S. regions. Traffic is TLS 1.2+. Per-user access is enforced at the database layer by Firestore Security Rules. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
